The Tahirih Justice Center, Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), and Human Rights First filed this amicus brief to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in support of the Pars Equality Center’s case against the March 6 travel ban Executive Order. The brief explains the harms that would be caused by the implementation of this Executive Order and highlights its impact on the Iranian-American community and Iranian nationals. The law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP led the drafting.
