October Pro Bono Briefing: Presidential Proclamation, Litigation Updates, BIA Memo, and U Visa Timelines

Update: On November 2,2019  a federal judge in Oregon issues a temporary restraining order that delays implementation of the presidential proclamation related to health insurance discussed in this briefing. The order halts implementation of the proclamation for 28 days pending litigation challenging the proclamation.
