Tahirih recently received the highly competitive New Voices Fellowship, which is funded by the Ford Foundation and administered by the Academy for Educational Development.
Only 12 fellowships were awarded from 358 applications, and Tahirih is extremely honored to receive funding from the program.
Mazna Hussein, our New Voices Fellow, is an attorney who will work specifically to serve the needs of Muslim women and girls and increase outreach to their communities, deepening Tahirih’s commitment to Muslim women.
