Updated Tahirih Comments on Proposed Revisions to Fee Waiver Request Form
Tahirih submitted supplemental comments on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS) proposed revisions to the fee waiver request form. While USCIS has revised the form in order to accomodate the unique circumstances of survivors, other unnecessary burdens remain. Tahirih urges USCIS to remove two other requirements that pose as barriers to legal remedies for survivors.
