Rachel joined Tahirih in 2018. As the Equal Justice Works Crime Victims Justice Corps Attorney Fellow in the San Francisco Bay Area office, Rachel represents immigrant women and children who have survived gender-based violence. Prior to joining Tahirih, Rachel worked as an intellectual property and small business attorney. Before that, she worked with nonprofit organization International Rights Advocates in Washington, DC, on international human rights litigation. She began her legal career as a litigator at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She has maintained a steady pro bono immigration practice throughout her legal career. Rachel has traveled extensively in Central and South America.
