    Tahirih Justice Center piloted the use of the new Trauma Informed Practices Scale in 2015 as a client survey tool to evaluate our client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally-competent service model. The survey confirmed the effectiveness of our approach, with an average score of 2.72 out of 3 across all six trauma-informed practice areas, and provided a window for reflection around potential areas of improvement.
