Sponsor Tahirih’s Annual Fundraising Benefit
Tahirih’s annual fundraising Benefit is our single largest income-generating event of the year and an important platform to spread awareness about the plight of women and girls in need. Tahirih’s Benefit is attended by a diverse community of supporters, including many distinguished guests and participants.
Tahirih’s 2008 Benefit was a resounding success and a moving celebration of eleven years of service dedicated to courageous women and girls seeking justice from gender-based violence. Tahirih was grateful to have Rainn Wilson—“Dwight” from the hit TV show The Office—as Master of Ceremonies during the evening. In addition, Congressman James Moran and Tahirih Client Speaker Rati Sud provided touching remarks, and Irena Lieberman remembered Michael Maggio. Read more about the 2008 Benefit
