Your generous donation will provide life-saving, holistic legal services to women and girls fleeing gender-based violence and seeking justice under US law. Your support will also raise their voices to important public policy debates to ensure their long-term protection from violence.

When you donate to Tahirih, every dollar counts!
- $15 pays for a trip to a local court
- $50 ensures a sick woman or child has access to free medical services
- $100 secures emergency housing for a woman and her children facing homelessness or eviction
- $120 equips one pro bono attorney with the skills needed to work with victims of extreme violence
- $300 pays for a psychiatric exam for a traumatized woman or child
- $500 pays for the legal support required to reunite a woman with her children overseas
- $1,000 prints and distributes enough materials to share our clients’ stories with every member of the US Congress
